We maintain a highly skilled, full-time work force that goes through mandatory three-week (minimum) training period and extensive final exam before going live. Our recruitment, training, and placement process are designed to help us identify and hire only the most talented individuals. Less than 10% of the applicants are accepted and eventually certified as “production ready.” Over 90% of our employees are college graduates.
