PRODUCTION APPROACH
Ability To Ramp Up Quickly And Efficiently Our production teams are modular to
accelerate the learning process, to allow project
specialization and to prepare employees for future
management roles. This, in turn, provides us the ability
to ramp up projects without using excessive resources or
compromising quality.
Proven Process
To guarantee the quality of the output we deliver, Athena follows a strict methodology in the entire production process, as outlined below:
- Production
Information is captured from source documents and processed per agreed project scope/specifications using project-specific user interface, which could be internally developed or client-provided.
- Editing (in-production quality audit)
In this in-production quality audit stage, the editor reviews and validates all the entries captured by the document analysts, field by field, entry by entry. Errors and comments are collected and conveyed to the document analysts as feedback. As our iterative approach dictates, output that fails to meet the quality requirements at this stage is returned for rework. The editor generates a report showing the errors, comments and the quantitative quality rating.
- Sampling by Third Party
An auditor, acting as a third-party
quality checker, samples a batch and audits the edited
entries to validate accuracy and adherence to project
scope/specification. Errors and comments are collected
and conveyed to the editor as feedback. As our
iterative approach dictates, output that fails to meet
the quality requirements at this stage is returned for
rework. The auditor generates a report showing the
errors, comments and the quantitative quality rating.
