In-text
coding This more advanced type of coding requires
going through every line of a document to search for and
capture relevant keywords, names, organization names,
and locations. Clients provide the list of terms to be
searched and captured from the
documents.
Mixed
coding A combination
of bibliographic and in-text coding, mixed coding is
more comprehensive since the resulting output contains
both bibliographic and in-text information.
Focused
coding
A client may only
want specific data to be captured to aid in document
review and organization. This is an abbreviated version
of bibliographic coding in that only few relevant data
are captured.
These coding services can be used for
various purposes, such as litigation support, organizing
and retrieving data in databases, archiving as well as
accurate and efficient document management.
